70% cacao dark chocolate made with a blend of criollo, forastero and trinitario cacao beans with the addition of cacao nibs. Produced in collaboration with renowned French chocolatier, Michel Chaudun. A fairly fruity, sweet dark chocolate with an added explosion of flavour from the crunchy cacao nibs.
