Valrhona's first vintage, estate-grown chocolate, Gran Couva is comprised of some of the best trinitario cacao beans in Trinidad. A fairly sweet, mild, well-balanced chocolate which intensifies as aromas of roasted almonds and hazelnuts are revealed. 64% cacao.
