Founded by Art Pollard and located in Utah, Amano Chocolate uses restored antique ma chinery to carefully craft single-origin chocolate in small batches using traditional techniques. Amano sources quality cacao beans through visits to plantations, working with the farmers to ensure proper growing, fermenting and drying when necessary to ensure that cacao beans entering the factory meet their exacting standards. Amano buys cacao directly from the growers and transforms these beans into award-winning chocolate. Amano Chocolate won the Gold Award for Top Artisan Chocolatier at the 2010 San Francisco International Chocolate Salon! Now available for delivery within Canada through A Taste For Chocolate! All Amano chocolate is certified Kosher dairy with the exception of their nibs which are Kosher parve. Please note: Amano is currently out of stock.
