A Taste For Chocolate is a company that combines a unique method of entertainment with the pleasure of eating fine quality chocolate - "edutainment" at its best!

Tracey Edelist, a lover of fine chocolate, created the company after discovering that fine quality chocolate was not readily available in Canada and that many people did not know that such exquisite chocolate exists. Most people think of mass produced candy bars from large well-known companies when they think of chocolate, even though many of these bars contain artificial ingredients and little cacao - the most important ingredient in chocolate. There is a lot more to good chocolate than people realize - much like fine wine - including health benefits! A Taste For Chocolate was created as a way to "Inspire your senses" by sharing fine quality chocolate with others in a fun and entertaining way.
